There are a number of ways to confirm a provider's participation, and it usually starts with using the network's directory. Our dedicated team will go as far as calling your providers to confirm and will even assist you with scheduling your appointments. 

Yes. Nothing we write carries a long-term commitment. These plans are designed to bridge a gap to get you to your next enrollment period. Whether that's through a new employer or Open enrollment. Your agent will help and build a plan to meet your overall needs and budget in order to bridge that gap as strategically and effectively as possible.

Currently only five states still mandate minimum essential coverage, or you may face a tax penalty. Those five states are D.C, NJ, CA, RI, and MA. We do have access to plans that meet the requirement in four of the five. While we do offer plans in MA, we do not offer plans that meet the Minimum Credible Coverage requirement in MA.

Some plans have this as a requirement, while others do not. This is something our agents and customer service team are trained to assist with. This is a plan specific requirement and something that should be addressed with your agent at the time of the enrollment

Most plans include a discount RX card but that does not mean prescriptions will be free. Our agents are trained to look up general pricing on any meds you and your family may take so there are no surprises later.
